We deliver across the Arab Republic of Egypt. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. 

• Shipping Fees: You will be informed of the shipping fees at checkout. 

• Order Limits: Orders exceeding 10 units per product or per order may be cancelled or require prior approval. 

• Promotional Periods: During promotional campaigns or special offers, each customer is allowed a maximum of 2 orders only.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Your satisfaction is our priority. Upon receiving your order, please check the products immediately. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it immediately to the delivery representative. 

In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that: 

• The product is in its original condition, unopened, and unused. 

• For cosmetics and personal care products, returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, for health and safety reasons. 

• Refunds will be processed within the legally permitted timeframe and using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
